Terms and Conditions of the online-shop "Natalia Artesania“

Provider
The Shop owner as well as the co-contractor for the products offered in the online-shop "Natalia Artesania" is: Natalia Schadler, Glusavinastrasse 16/ top 2, 6773 Vandans, Austria.

Range of items and conclusion of contract
Natalia Artesania is led as small business according to § 19 UStG. Therefore, the sales tax is neither raised nor declared.
Natalia Artesania has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of the products that appear at the store. Natalia Artesania cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Range of items and conclusion of contract will be carried out in german and english language.
By pressing the button "order" in the order process of the onlineshop the customer hands over a binding offer on conclusion of a contract with Natalia Artesania. Natalia Artesania can accept this offer by sending a "confirmation of order e-mail" or by delivery of the ordered goods within two weeks.

Proprietary reservation
The delivered goods remain property of Natalia Artesania until the complete purchase price is paid.
§4,5
Prices, payment and delivery

payment:
- prepayment via bank transfer, paypal or credit card
- payment in cash when pick up by the customer
when you choose prepayment as payment methode, please make the transfer within the next 7 days. The product will be shipped 3-5 workingdays after receipt of payment.
If the goods are not on stock or I still needs some information for adjusting the pieces to fit your body I will immediately contact you within maximum 3 days. If the goods are not available I will either transfer the payment of the ordered goods back to your account or I proceed to your wishes e.g. exchanging to other goods.

When packages will be deliverd to switzerland or other countys outside of EU there may be duties or other taxes, that have to be paid by the purchaser additionally when receiving the package.

If the delivery does not arrive because the purchaser specified a wrong or incomplete adress, I will ship the product only anew, when the purchaser absorbes the shipping cost once again.

Warranty
The warranty laws of the customer depend on the general laws.
A guarantee is not declared by the provider.
